Zylova provides AI-powered agent services for small businesses, including but not limited to customer inquiry handling, appointment booking automation, lead capture, and follow-up communication. Service details are defined in your subscription plan.
Zylova offers monthly subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
New customers receive a 14-day free trial on any plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable plan rate.
You agree to use Zylova's services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to:
Zylova retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding. You retain ownership of your business data. By using our services, you grant Zylova a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the services.
Zylova's services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Zylova's services will end. Zylova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
